Volunteers are needed to survey for aquatic invasive species (AIS) at Ramsey County boat launches on a monthly basis from roughly June 1 to to October 1. You choose the time, you choose the location. These surveys are shore-based, so you do not need a boat to participate. This opportunity is open to AIS Detectors and Master Naturalists. We will provide training for those who are not familiar with survey methods and/or AIS identification (or those who would like a refresher).
