Please join us for the 2018 Gathering Partners of Natural Resources Conference! This year's conference is being held May 18-20 at Cragun's Resort in Brainerd, Minnesota.
This annual conference is a favorite for forest landowners, naturalist volunteers, and citizen scientists. Spend your days learning about lake ecology, forest restoration, invasive species detection, nature drawing and photography. Evenings and breaks are packed with meals, networking, social time, and activities for everyone!
The Gathering Partners annual conference brings together people from all corners of Minnesota to learn about our state's natural resources. Jointly hosted by University of Minnesota Extension Aquatic Invasive Species, Forestry, Master Naturalist, and Fish, Wildlife & Conservation Education teams.
Minnesota Master Naturalists will meet all of the yearly requirements for advanced training. The conference cost is $220 for all three days, (meals included) and $150 for single days. So register for the whole sh-bang!
Lodging reservations must be made directly with Cragun's Resort. A link is provided during registration. The room rate of $99 per night, will expire on MARCH 31. So Make your lodging reservations before then. There are also Cabins available for groups, if you want to get a group and stay in a cabin. Up to 12 people, same rate! They are very nice!

The course cost is $220 and includes course manuals and supplies.

Amy Rager

Amy received a BA in Elementary Education from the College of St. Scholastica and a MEd in Environmental Leadership and Learning from the University of MN. She has worked for cooperative extension for 26 years in various positions, but has always tied her work to the environment. She is currently the state program director for the Minnesota Master Naturalist Program.
