BWBR - Whitewater State Park
Learn the natural history of the Big Woods, Big Rivers region while experiencing the natural resources of the SE Minnesota bluff lands region through hands-on activities and field trips. All Classes will be held Wednesday evenings from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM, with two required all day Saturday Field Trips on April 10 and April 24.
Class cost is 200.00. Scholarships are available.
The course cost is $200 and includes course manuals and supplies. If the course cost is a hardship, please fill out the scholarship application and send it to us.

Instructor Information
Sara has worked as a naturalist for sixteen years, leading programs and activities for a variety of natural resources agencies and organizations including the US Forest Service Resort Naturalist Program, the DNR MinnAqua Program, the Bell Museum of Natural History, Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center, and Olmsted County Parks. Since 1999,Sara has worked as a naturalist for MN State Parks at Forestville/Mystery Cave State Park and Whitewater State Park. She currently works as Assistant Naturalist at Whitewater State Park and oversees Project Get Outdoors after school program implementation in communities throughout Minnesota.
